After studying Dietetics in college and not enjoying the hospital food service area, I branched into a more creative study and In my mid 20's I started a country style French bistro in San Jose area. I always loved the cooking and the hospitality side. I slowly evolved into catering. I owned a Bed & Breakfast and built/ ran a Wedding Venue for 8 years. Now located in Rocklin with a fully licensed commercial kitchen we cater small to large events.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
California cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, farm fresh, vegetarian and gluten free when requested. We believe we are more flexible to meet your customized requests because our passion really is in cooking and serving. We will do specialized menus and customize recipes to suit your event.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our commercial kitchen in located in Rocklin. We come to your chosen location and serve the greater Sacramento and local foothills. We have traveled beyond the area if we feel we can serve you and maintain the quality of our food and service. We would love to discuss your event with you to see if we are a good match for you.
